Interfaith Service Council Assistance Request

To ensure that our work is reaching those who need it the most, we only work with individuals and families who are living at or below 200% of the poverty level in Northumberland and Lancaster counties.

How to Receive Assistance

Financial Assistance & Home Repairs

If you are requesting assistance with home repairs or financial assistance, The Link will contact you for screening. Once approved and the information is provided to Interfaith Service Council, a volunteer from the Ramps & Repair Division will contact you to schedule the project.

Before you can receive home repair or financial assistance from Interfaith Service Council, you must contact and be screened by The Link.

Assistance with Household Items

If you need household items from the Interfaith Warehouse, you will need to be screened by the Warehouse Manager. The Interfaith Warehouse is open on Monday and Wednesday’s from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm. You must be screened during that time frame. Appointments for screenings at the Warehouse are not required. Once your application has been approved, you will be able to receive donated items from the warehouse.

Moving or updating your home?

Updating your space and have some items to get rid of? We would gladly accept the approved items at the Interfaith Warehouse located on Harris Road. Qualifying members of the community have the opportunity to obtain the household items they need at no cost.
